Don't stuff keywords. Appearing 1–2 times for your core term is enough; overstuffing looks spammy. More importantly, put the core keyword at the front of the title and cover "attribute + scenario + fit", e.g. "Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth 5.3 Noise Cancelling for Sports".
